Design for manufacture of a special End Effector for 3D printing with aggregated concrete and construction waste recycled materials.
Optical Tuning Device
A hand-held device that enabled the tuning and validation testing of a custom lens array with a micro Hi-resolution screen. Enabling various configurations and adjustments to the optical development team.
Global Turbulence
A startup based on several of my inventions aims to generate electricity from turbulent wind impacts on ordinary urban structures. I designed, built, patented, and tested several variations of this technology. The startup won awards and secured seed funding.
Wingate - High end entrance systems.

Aided the international brand in solving product design-related issues and created photo-realistic renderings and animations for marketing support.
Product Design
This simple project was a major success in solving all issues with a failing product through a new design. I designed, built, tested, and oversaw QA and mass production procedures of the new product, turning a sad failure into a major success on Amazon and Walmart, saving the investing entrepreneur.

GT Fence Design
As per commission from MAFAT, I designed and manufactured a full-scale model of a fence capable of producing electricity from the wind that impacts it.
Raise
This solo project was the development of a special device that enables elderly and disabled people to lift heavy items and aids them in performing household tasks. The design answered the strict client demands with excellence
E-Speed Bump
Design of a hydroelectric speed bump meant for implementation at road checks and security entrances, enabling the controlled manufacturing of electricity from the compression of the bumper by passing vehicles.
Playmobile Figurines
A massive project with over 300 injection molding parts and a BOM of 4000+ product variations. I designed products, injection molds, fixtures, and jigs. I oversaw all project aspects, including my own team, external teams, and experts for a global international brand. My contribution provided the critical breakthrough that delivered the project's successful outcome.
Custom Metal Framing Projects
My extensive knowledge in metal fabrication has led me to design a platform in which metal smiths can input hand drawings with measurements and quickly receive professional CAD models with technical drawings, raw material, and labor cost calculations. The platform was SolidWorks-based (pre-AI period) and operated on numerous metal fabrication projects.
